Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout: Shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

  • Local pickup: Free local pickup is available in Warrensburg, MO. Pickup instructions will be provided after checkout.

  • Local delivery: When available, local delivery options and fees will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping
