  • Non‑returnable items: Custom 3D printed parts, personalized items, and used filament are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchange availability: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Proof requirements: Please provide photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Custom Orders

  • Custom print policy: Due to the nature of custom 3D printing, all custom orders are final sale.

  • Quality assurance: If there is an issue with print quality or accuracy, we will work with you to resolve it.
